We stand behind the quality of our boxes. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order simply contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will issue to you a full refund upon receipt of the returned product.

We respect your concerns for privacy. Therefore we will not sell or provide your name, e-mail address or purchase information to any other company.

SHIPPING:
Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to create your Pet Memory Box, it will be worth the wait. We ship UPS Ground with in the US mainland, USPS Priority mail to Hawaii and Alaska. Flat shipping and handling fee is $8.50 per shipment. For international and express delivery please contact us for price quote.

SECURITY:
When you place an order with us your personal information is guarded using Secure Socket Layer Technology (SSL). This means that when your order is submitted it is sent in an encrypted transmission that only we can decode.

YOUR PICTURE:
If you are uploading your picture right from your camera is perfect. If you are a photoshop wiz our preferred file size 300 dpi 4x6 in jpeg format. Alternatively, if you choose to mail us your picture, be sure not to send in your original unless you send it with confirmation and tracking.  Our design service include creative and corrective rendering as necessary. PROOFING: Your approval of the proof is required for all Pet Memorial and Rainbow Bridge products which have text overlay. We will email you a proof for your approval prior to producing and shipping your product.
